USER AGREEMENT
Terms of Online Retail Sale
(Effective for Biosalts.net)
This User Agreement (“Agreement”) governs the terms and conditions of online retail sales conducted
through the informational web portal dedicated to tissue biochemical therapy located at
https://biosalts.net/ (“Website”).
This Agreement defines the rights and obligations of the Buyer and the Seller when purchasing goods
through the Website, including payment and delivery terms.
By visiting, browsing, or placing an order on the Website, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old,
that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this Agreement.
If you do not agree with any part of this Agreement, do not use the Website or place orders through
Biosalts.net.
- DEFINITIONS

1.8. Delivery

Orders placed before 3:00 PM are typically shipped the next business day

5.8. If an item is out of stock, the Buyer will be notified and may:
Remove the unavailable item
Cancel the entire Order

the Buyer shall reimburse the Seller for return shipping costs.

Reschedule delivery with additional shipping fees
Hold the Order for pickup at a designated location
