Personal Data Processing Policy

1. General Provisions
   1.1. This Personal Data Processing Policy (“Policy”) defines the procedure for processing personal data
   by Sole Proprietor Trushkina I.V., TIN 701703092246 (the “Company”), as well as measures to ensure
   the security of personal data received by the Company as a result of the use of the website biosalts.net
   (the “Website”) by Users, Visitors, and Customers (the “Client”).
   Personal data, for the purposes of this Policy, also includes cookies containing information about the
   Client’s actions on the Website, data about the Client’s device, IP address, date and time of the
   session.
   This Policy is developed in accordance with Federal Law No. 152-FZ “On Personal Data” dated July 27,
   2006, and other applicable laws of the Russian Federation governing personal data processing.
   1.2. Personal data may be processed in the following ways:
   — automated processing with/without transmission of received data via information and
   telecommunication networks;
   — mixed processing.
