Schuessler salts can be used in sports in four areas: treatment of sports injuries, tissue regeneration and injury prevention, and improvement of athletic performance.
You can choose from 1 to 4 salts to solve specific problems.
• Schussler salt No. 1 – for the restoration of tendons and bones.
• Schuessler salt No. 2 is an auxiliary remedy for the treatment of acute ruptures.
• Schussler salt No. 3 – muscle regeneration, prevention of muscle spasms, correction of sprains, bruises, pain.
• Schuessler Salt No. 5 – helps to focus and concentrate during competitions.
• Schuessler salt No. 7 – for recovery in cases of severe exhaustion, as a symptomatic remedy for nervous experiences in competitive struggle, acute pain, and convulsions.
• Schussler salt No. 8 – treatment of stretch marks, bruises.
• Schuessler salt No. 9 – for acidification of the body and muscle wasting.
• Schuessler salt No. 11 – for the treatment of sprains, scars, dislocations, weakness of the ligamentous apparatus, regeneration of cartilage and joints, and damage to the meniscus.
• Schussler salt No. 17 is an auxiliary remedy in the treatment of osteoarthritis, osteoporosis, tendon ruptures, and promotes regeneration after intense exercise.
Take 2-3 tablets of each chosen salt twice daily. For acute injuries, use as compresses and ointments. For acute injuries, take 5-10 tablets of the appropriate salt.
