Tissue biochemical salts are the most important inorganic structural components of our body, which are involved in almost all biochemical processes of our body.
The normal activity of a cell depends on the optimal balance of the biochemical salts contained in it.
A violation of the balance of mineral salts in the cell leads to a violation of its functions and the development of the disease. Thus, the disease develops at the cellular level.
To recover and maintain health, it is necessary to eliminate the imbalance of mineral salts directly in the cell. Salts that predominate in a particular type of tissue can be used to treat the same tissues.
The purpose of Schussler salts is not a direct restoration of deficiency, but rather a signal for the cell to absorb more of the necessary mineral salts by activating the corresponding ion channels. Maintaining a stable metabolism inside the cell is due to the presence of these salts in the proper amount in the intercellular fluid.

*In the indicated doses, take from 30 minutes to several hours from the start of administration, but not more than a day.
Repeat the medication according to the intensity of the symptoms:
- Intense: every 30 minutes – 1 hour (for example, high fever, severe pain).
- Moderate: every 2-3 hours (for example, mild pain, cough)
- Weak: every 4-6 hours (for example, the ability to continue working despite symptoms)
- As a tonic: 3-4 times a day (for example, asthenia, convalescence, period of intense exertion) for 7-10 days. Next, take a break for 1 week.
With a moderate improvement in the condition, you should switch to a rarer reception. If the symptoms recur. If there is no improvement in the first two days of taking it, stop taking it and consult your doctor. The effectiveness of the drug should be assessed after 1-2 days in acute condition, after 4-6 weeks in chronic condition.
The duration of therapy in acute conditions is until clinical improvement. In case of chronic pathology, the duration is determined individually, usually at least 4 months, taking into account breaks. In the case of advanced deficiencies, the duration of therapy can be several years, with successive salt changes and therapy interruptions. It is not necessary to take it on an ongoing basis in the absence of symptoms.
Body remineralization course
It is prescribed in case of deficiency of several salts, in a state of exhaustion, apathy, with frequent colds, age-related changes. All 12 salts are required. The salts are distributed according to the days of the week, taking into account the time of maximum absorption: in the morning – chlorine, in the afternoon – phosphorous, in the evening – sulfuric. Dissolve two tablets under the tongue for three to four weeks or use the scheme shown in the table.
