Sleep disturbance
Sleep disorders are very common symptoms of today. The causes are diverse, as are the consequences for the body, soul, and spirit. It is important to take sleep disorders seriously and treat them.
Traditional sleeping pills and alcohol should be avoided.
Schüssler’s salts help in a natural and effective way.
It is helpful to take a closer look at the nature of your own sleep disorder. There are often different causes and personal behaviors behind it. The sleep that comes at the end of the day (or not!) is like the final balance of our day. Is it any wonder that insomnia provides us with feedback about our daily experiences that are difficult to digest? The following Schussler salts provide information about the type or cause of your sleep disorder. The Schussler salts for various forms of sleep disorders mentioned here can be selected based on the specific circumstances of your own symptoms.
The usual dosage is 1-3 tablets three times a day. In case of acute insomnia, the dosage can be repeated after 15 minutes, or 10 tablets can be dissolved in hot water and taken in hot sips. It is possible to combine three or four suitable salts and take them until improvement occurs. It is also advisable to change the salt from time to time.
Treatment for sleep disorders begins with Schussler’s Salt No. 5, which is used to treat insomnia caused by irritating daytime fatigue. By taking the salt and possibly making lifestyle changes (such as reducing screen time and increasing outdoor exercise), you can identify the underlying cause of your insomnia.
Then switch to salt or a combination of salts that work with fears:
- Schussler’s salt No. 2. Calcium phosphate. The reason here is constant overwork due to exhaustion.
- Schussler’s Salt No. 3 Iron Phosphate. Sleep disturbances are caused by constant changes in location and stress during travel, as well as classic jet lag.
- Schussler’s Salt No. 5 Potassium Phosphate. Sleep disturbances caused by nervousness, introspection, inner restlessness, and annoying obsessive thoughts, as well as daytime fatigue due to a lack of oxygen.
- Schussler’s Salt No. 6 Potassium Sulfate. Insomnia due to external factors such as the full moon/new moon, weather, or biorhythms, and daytime drowsiness.
- Schussler’s Salt No. 7 Magnesium Phosphate. Difficulty falling asleep due to inner restlessness, mental overload with disruption of the day and night rhythm, shift work.
- Schussler’s Salt No. 8 Sodium Chloride. Common sleep disorders, increased sensitivity to noise, and other external causes such as disrupted biorhythms.
- Schussler’s Salt No. 10 Sodium Sulfate. Insomnia due to nightmares, leading to fear of nightmares and difficulty falling asleep.
- Schussler’s Salt No. 14 Sodium Bromide. Insomnia due to anxiety, which manifests itself physically as excitability, heart palpitations, muscle twitching, and restless leg syndrome.
- Schussler’s Salt No. 22 Calcium Carbonate. Restless and unrefreshing sleep with numerous dreams, night sweats during intense mental exertion.
For regular disorders, 2-3 weeks of treatment with a combination of salts are recommended.
