Everyone experiences muscle pain from time to time. It doesn’t necessarily require exercise. Muscle pain can occur in children experiencing rapid growth, and in adults due to nervous tension or microtrauma. Muscle pain can also be associated with fibromyalgia.
Schuessler’s Salt No. 3 Iron Phosphate is indicated when muscle pain occurs during physical exertion and then intensifies.
Schuessler salt No. 4 Potassium chloride can be given immediately after Schuessler salt No. 3.
Schuessler Salt No. 5 (Potassium Phosphate) is a salt for pain caused by tension and strain. The pain worsens with immobility. Improvement occurs with moderate physical activity (“running out the injury”).
Schuessler’s salt No. 6 Potassium sulfate – suitable in combination with one or more salts if the pain intensifies in the evening and in warm rooms.
Schuessler Salt No. 7 (magnesium phosphate) is the main salt for pain and tension, especially before sleep. At this time, pain is perceived as particularly irritating, especially by children during their active growth phase.
The combination of Schuessler Salt No. 5 + Schuessler Salt No. 7 has been proven effective against fibromyalgia pain.
Schuessler salt No. 9 sodium phosphate is indicated for rheumatoid muscle pain, including fibromyalgia.
Schuessler’s salt No. 13 Potassium arsenate – should be chosen if muscle pain is accompanied by muscle twitching and spasms.
Schuessler Salt No. 17 Manganese Sulfate, like Schuessler Salt No. 7 Magnesium Phosphate, is a children’s remedy for muscle and other growing pains.
Schuessler’s Salt No. 22 Calcium carbonate can be taken for non-specific muscle pain and cramps, as well as when other salts do not help.
