Acute period of hay fever

For allergic symptoms during the acute period of hay fever, take:

• Schuessler salt No. 2 calcium phosphate
• Schuessler salt No. 3 Iron phosphate
• Schuessler salt No. 8 sodium chloride

During the acute phase, take 1 tablet every 15 minutes, alternating salts.

Bronchial asthma

• Schuessler salt No. 3 Iron phosphate
• Schuessler salt No. 4 Potassium chloride
• Schuessler salt No. 5 potassium phosphate
• Schuessler salt No. 6 potassium sulfate
• Schuessler salt No. 10 sodium sulfate

Runny nose

• Schuessler salt No. 8 sodium chloride
• Schuessler salt No. 10 sodium sulfate

If symptoms occur, it is recommended to take the salts regularly throughout the flowering period. Take 2-4 tablets of each salt daily. During the acute stage, take one tablet at a time, alternating every 15 minutes.

For preventative purposes, you can use a combination preparation of Schuessler salts, Allergy. Take 2 tablets 3 times daily on an empty stomach and let them dissolve. Drink plenty of water.
